Protecting your data is central to everything we build. Predictive Intelligence is designed with security at every layer — from encryption and access controls to how we develop and deploy our platform.
Encryption
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. Data at rest is encrypted with AES-256 encryption. This applies to your datasets, trained models, prediction outputs, and all account information stored on our infrastructure.
Infrastructure
The platform runs on cloud infrastructure with isolated compute environments, automated backups, and geographic redundancy. Systems are regularly patched and updated to address known vulnerabilities.
Access Controls
Role-based access control ensures that users within an organization can only access what they need. Authentication is enforced via secure session management, and all login activity is logged for audit purposes.
Data Isolation
Each organization’s data is logically isolated within our infrastructure. There is no cross-tenant data access. Your datasets, models, and results are accessible only to authenticated members of your organization.
Your Data, Your Control
We never access, review, or analyze your uploaded datasets, trained models, or prediction reports. Your data is processed solely to deliver the services you request. You can export or permanently delete your data at any time.
No Data Sales
Predictive Intelligence does not sell, distribute, license, or monetize user data in any form. We do not share your personal information or datasets with third parties for advertising, analytics, or any other commercial purpose.
Monitoring & Incident Response
We maintain continuous logging and monitoring across all platform systems. Anomalous activity triggers automated alerts for our engineering team. In the event of a security incident, we follow a documented response process and will notify affected users promptly.
Secure Development
Our development process includes code reviews, automated dependency scanning, and regular security updates. We follow secure coding practices to minimize vulnerabilities and maintain the integrity of the platform.
