These terms govern your use of the Predictive Intelligence platform. We charge only for platform usage — public datasets are always free. Your data remains yours, and we never sell or share it.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Predictive Intelligence platform at predictiveintel.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Predictive Intelligence ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
Description of Service
Predictive Intelligence is a machine learning platform that enables users to upload structured datasets, train supervised classification and regression models, deploy scoring pipelines, and generate prediction reports with calibrated probabilities and risk classifications.
The platform is designed for business professionals, analysts, and researchers who need predictive analytics without requiring a dedicated data science team.
Account Responsibilities
To use the platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Ensuring that only authorized individuals within your organization access the platform through your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.
Public Datasets
Predictive Intelligence provides access to publicly available datasets from sources including Kaggle and the UCI Machine Learning Repository. These datasets are free to the public and are provided on our platform as a convenience for users who are learning, conducting research, or prototyping models.
We do not charge for public datasets. These resources are freely available and will remain free. Charges apply only to platform usage, including model training, scoring, storage, and API access.
Platform Usage & Billing
Fees are charged solely for the use of the Predictive Intelligence platform and its features. This includes model training compute, prediction scoring, data storage, report generation, and API access. You will be clearly informed of any charges before they are incurred.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Any changes will be communicated via email or through the platform dashboard prior to taking effect.
Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain full ownership of all data you upload, models you train, predictions you generate, and reports you create using the platform. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.
Our Platform
The Predictive Intelligence platform, including its software, design, algorithms, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of Predictive Intelligence. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
Your Data
We take your data privacy seriously. Predictive Intelligence operates under the following commitments:
- We do not access, review, or analyze your uploaded datasets
- We do not access, review, or analyze your trained models or prediction outputs
- We do not sell, rent, or distribute your data to any third party
- We do not use your data to train our own models or for any purpose beyond delivering the service you requested
- You may export or delete your data at any time
Your data is processed solely to deliver the platform services you request. It is never shared, monetized, or used for any other purpose.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Predictive Intelligence platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Specifically, you may not:
- Use the platform for any illegal activity or in violation of applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or data
- Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
- Use the platform to discriminate against individuals or groups in violation of anti-discrimination laws
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform’s infrastructure or services
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Predictive Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Predictive Intelligence provides machine learning tools and predictions on an “as-is” basis. While we strive for accuracy, predictions are probabilistic in nature and should not be used as the sole basis for critical decisions without appropriate human review.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may close your account through the platform settings or by contacting support. Upon termination:
- You may request an export of your data before account closure
- We will delete your personal information and associated data within 30 days
- Any outstanding fees remain payable
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved in the applicable federal or state courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
